Yes, the boys needed a new experiement. What fun. I can remember making butter and cloverleaf yeast rolls in the second grade! Some things never change. I guess this was a school project?

Definitely an activity to remember on a rainy day in Rockdale. But I'm not eating it.

It was a school project. And Charles was very proud of his butter. I think he ate two pieces of toast that morning.

We'd give it a try next visit, but surely it takes real cream? Not the skim milk we buy. We thought the cruise needed a butter buffet since we enjoyed so much of it at every meal. Not so, in Rockdale, unless the "kids" visit.
